Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic engineering courses, or equivalent;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Above average oral and written communication skills;
  • Technically inclined with medical equipment;
  • Willing to travel and do long hours work;
  • Hardworking, committed and good disposition;

Responsibilities:

  • Handles installation, testing, commissioning, training, preventive maintenance, and warranty service for medical equipment, ensuring professional conduct and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with principal technical teams for issue resolution, evaluates equipment functionality and safety, and provides accurate recommendations and documentation.
  • Offers support during patient use, demos, and conventions, while staying informed on medical industry trends nationally and internationally.
  • Provides paid services such as assessment, repair, and calibration for equipment beyond AMEI's warranty coverage or supplied by other vendors.
  • Assists with internal training programs for new hires and employees, relays training from principal-led sessions, and supports skill development within the Biomedical Team.
