JOB SUMMARY
To establish a documented procedure in securing files and database of BHMC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with Administrative and Technical functions.
Responsible for maintaining servers and workstation as required by different department heads.
Performs diagnosis, repair and updates to ensure data integrity and reliability of automated tasks.
Provide Hospital Information System help desk and onsite technical support of hardware and software.
Interface with user to identify computer related needs and provide appropriate software/hardware.
Ensure the antivirus software is always up to date and share necessary information with users regarding potential risks.
Provide instruction to staff on the use of computer application and systems.
Generate reports as requested by the department heads.
Ensure routine backups are performed as outlined by the Backup and Restore.
Assist and support all front-end users for Hospital Information System.
Performs computer ethics.
Performs other duties as requested by MIS Head.
