Key Responsibilities

Accurately review and invoice billable services on a recurring weekly basis for a growing client base
Ensure all posted transactions within our business enterprise software are integrated timely and accurately.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service
Answer all client billing inquiries accurately and in a timely manner via phone and/or email.
Be able to resolve minor client payment issues and follow a rigid internal escalation process when needed.

Qualifications

Client facing experience in billing and customer service
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Knowledge of an accounting information system and Wellsky Personal Care are a plus
Good math skills
Attention to detail, highly organized, and thorough
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
