We're seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Analyst who can combine strong accounting expertise with strategic financial thinking. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust controls and compliance, leading financial planning and analysis, and partnering closely with executive leadership to support business growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both the detail and the big picture whether that's managing the month-end close, building financial forecasts, evaluating growth opportunities, improving finance processes or providing insights that help leaders make smarter decisions.

You'll serve as a key financial partner to the business, helping us strengthen operational excellence, improve financial visibility and support long-term success.

Accounting & General Ledger Management

• Personally execute and take full accountability for the general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and the entire month/quarter/year-end close process.
• Establish, manage, and optimize the company's financial close calendar, coordinating cross-functionally with operational teams to ensure accurate and timely data capture.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions to ensure accurate and timely financial processing and reporting.

Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, profit & loss analysis, and trend analysis to support business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain financial models and provide insights and recommendations to management to evaluate new business growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (i.e. US GAAP/ IFRS)

CFO Advisory Support

• Serve as the key finance business partner of Executive Management in driving financial strategies, governance, and operational excellence
• Drive the preparation of Board presentations, investor materials and lender reporting package

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
• MBA, Master's Degree, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
• With at least five (5) years experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting or related functions; proven experience in advisory roles for senior leadership is a plus
• Solid understanding of US accounting principles (GAAP) and strong experience in using Quickbooks
• Experience with Salesforce, Airtable, Bill.com and Lumanu is an advantage
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and audit support.
• Proven financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and business partnering skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Internet Connectivity: A reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload;
• Primary Work Device: A modern, reliable desktop or laptop computer (Mac or PC) equipped with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 / Apple M1 processor (or equivalent) to seamlessly run multiple cloud-based apps simultaneously without lag.
• Peripherals & Communication: A functional HD webcam (720p minimum) and a dedicated noise-canceling headset with a built-in microphone for crystal-clear client meetings.
• Workspace Environment: Access to a quiet, private, and distraction-free home office space with a professional background suitable for daily video calls
