Job Summary

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support clients by providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Spanish and English.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in customer service, BPO, shared services, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using computer applications and customer service tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days work-from-home).
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Nuvali, Laguna.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
