Job Summary:

The Records Officer maintains and safeguards accurate student and academic records, supports registration and graduation processes, and ensures compliance with university policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure policy compliance.
  • Assist with registration, enrollment, and academic records verification.
  • Organize and secure physical and electronic records.
  • Verify graduation requirements and support diploma/transcript issuance.
  • Prepare student reports and support audits, accreditation, and research.
  • Respond to student, faculty, and staff inquiries.
  • Support records management policies and efficient information flow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Records Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in academic records, student services, or administrative support (experience in a university setting preferred).

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
