Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Agency Management Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in the manpower agency industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing agency recruitment operations, sourcing qualified applicants, coordinating with partner agencies, and ensuring timely deployment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and endorse qualified applicants
• Coordinate with partner manpower agencies regarding hiring updates, deployment schedules, and applicant status.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requests.
• Conduct initial interviews and applicant assessments.
• Monitor and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements before deployment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and operations teams.
• Attend job fairs, recruitment caravans, and other hiring activities as needed.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
