Business Development Lead

Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: San Juan Greenhills

Benedict Carl Manpower Consulting is hiring on behalf of our client in the events and exhibitions industry.

We are looking for a driven sales professional who is passionate about business development, client relationship management, and driving company growth. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals ready to take on a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a supervisory role
• Strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and support or lead a sales team
• Experience in the events or exhibitions industry is an advantage but not required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to attend client meetings, site visits, and events as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining existing accounts
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Guide and support the sales team in achieving targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and business development plans
