Benedict Carl Manpower Services Corp. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the company’s marketing initiatives, branding efforts, and recruitment-related campaigns. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Create and support content for social media, job postings, and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support branding and recruitment marketing needs
  • Assist in organizing company events, job fairs, and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor marketing activities and prepare basic performance reports
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing and PR functions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or public relations (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Willing to work flexible hours and attend events when required
