Specialty Coffee Barista

**Knowledge of Latte Art & Basic Coffee Skill (extraction, texturing, pouring) is REQUIRED

We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated, and high-energy individuals to join our staff as a barista. Location: VA Rufino cor Salcedo st Makati1229

You will be responsible for :

-Greet customers as they enter

-Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

-Prepare beverages following recipes

-Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries, cakes

-Receive and process payments

-Keep the shop clean

-Inventory check

-Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs

-Comply with health and safety regulations

-Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Skills:

-Previous work 1 year experience as a Barista/able to do Latte Art is a must

-Knowledge of sanitation regulations

-Ability to gauge customers' preferences

-Excellent communication skills

- High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
