Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Restaurant Manager to oversee multiple restaurant branches and ensure excellent operational performance, customer satisfaction, and team management.

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, HRM, or any related course preferred
  • At least 3–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong background in restaurant operations, people management, sales, and customer service
  • Must have experience handling multiple restaurant branches or teams
  • Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, inventory, and cost control procedures
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant reporting systems
  • Willing to travel and conduct regular branch visits
  • Must know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License
  • Preferably familiar with routes within Luzon and nearby provinces
  • Flexible with working schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Can start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all assigned restaurant branches
  • Ensure branches meet sales targets, operational standards, and profitability goals
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and employee performance
  • Conduct regular branch audits and operational evaluations
  • Train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and store personnel
  • Implement company policies, systems, and operational procedures
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower, supplies, and operational concerns
  • Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements for branch performance
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent dining experience across all branches

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
