,QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/compliance
- Strong knowledge of risk management, AMLA, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong monitoring and organizational skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Ensure that the bank complies with all existing laws and regulations set by the BSP and other agencies.
- Build a compliance library of all relevant laws, rules, and regulations issued by BSP, SEC, BIR, and other regulatory bodies.
- Researches, implements and manages the areas of banking regulations and laws, banking policies and procedures, consumer protection, and public interest laws.
- Update the Board of Directors and top management on the status and issues affecting the Bank’s compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
- Responsible for ensuring that the daily operations meet the standards, policies, and laws of banking.
- Identify, investigate, and correct any potential compliance risks.
- Verify that employees are complying with departmental and internal policies.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
