What You'll Do in the Role

  • Downloading, editing and uploading product images while ensuring high-resolution and consistent quality and crafting accurate product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits
  • Regularly updating product information, including pricing and specifications
  • Create and review purchase orders to ensure the accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Marketplaces products association
  • Conduct data quality checks across all Marais channels
  • Reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Ad-hoc projects

Skills /Qualifications

  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Experience with photo cropping software
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
