Job description:

Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of the restaurant, including managing the staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Quality Control: Uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, and service consistency. Address any issues related to product quality or customer satisfaction.

Staff Training: Train and develop staff on customer service, menu knowledge, and the proper use of equipment. Ensure all team members adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary while minimizing waste and controlling costs.

Scheduling: Create employee work schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and managing labor cost control.

Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with management to optimize restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, health and safety protocols, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Problem Solving: Address operational challenges, customer complaints, and employee issues in a timely and efficient manner.
