Job Summary

North Country Development Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Back Office Associate to support administrative operations, data management activities, and internal business processes.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure operational efficiency, maintain accurate records, and support various departments with administrative and data-related tasks. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining business processes, managing documentation, and supporting day-to-day operational requirements.

We are looking for a dependable and proactive professional with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform data entry, data verification, and record maintenance activities
  • Process administrative documents and business-related transactions
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal documentation
  • Support internal departments with administrative and operational tasks
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness
  • Generate reports and update spreadsheets as required
  • Assist with document filing, record management, and compliance-related activities
  • Monitor workflow queues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Coordinate with team members to support operational efficiency
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects
  • Perform other back-office support duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma, vocational certificate, or college degree in any field
