  • MUST SUBMIT ARCHITECTURAL PORTFOLIO
  • CAN BE AN ARCHITECT OF INTERIOR DESIGNER
  • WILLING TO DO SITE VISITS IN THE LOCATION OF PROJECTS SUCH AS PAMPANGA & MANILA / ALSO WILLING TO BE RELOCATED IF NEEDED WITH COMPANY PROVIDED ACCOMMODATION
  • Work schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8am to 5pm
  • Work location: Angeles Pampanga near Friendship
  • Proficient in using autocad, VRAY, Lumion and adobe photoshop
  • With skills in graphic / creative designing.
  • Help prepare designs and complete construction documents, building plans, and assist in the presentation of materials.
  • Conduct site visits in Bataan or other areas where is needed and assist in the documentation of existing conditions.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of site information.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, contracts, and specifications.
  • Research building codes and regulations applicable to projects.
  • Work closely with a team of professionals such as engineers and construction supervisors.
  • Assist in project coordination to ensure smooth and timely completion.
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable requirements set by the company.
  • Assist in conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide support for other assigned tasks or duties by the Operations Manager.
  • Help maintain project documentation and organization.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to hold Office in Angeles Pampanga near Friendship Gate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
