Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor project site progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards
  • Manage and update project schedules; coordinate activities and resolve site issues
  • Supervise daily construction, operations, and maintenance activities on-site
  • Review plans, drawings, and scope of work; ensure proper implementation
  • Prepare and verify estimates for materials, labor, tools, and equipment
  • Conduct punch listing to identify and resolve defects prior to project completion
  • Facilitate project turnover to clients, ensuring all deliverables and standards are met
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding project updates, concerns, and requirements
  • Monitor subcontractors’ work, performance, and compliance with project standards
  • Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of project records
  • Enforce site safety practices and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Support project team in achieving targets and deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in construction or site engineering (residential/subdivision preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in site supervision, project coordination, and construction management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering tools
  • Strong ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
  • Experienced in punchlisting, turnover, and client coordination is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Willing to be assigned in Trece Martires City, Cavite

Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
