AutoCAD Operator Salary jobs

I. PURPOSE

Responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate project drawings and documentation using AutoCAD to support project implementation, monitoring, and handover.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings including layouts, details, and as built plans
• Ensure drawings align with approved designs, site conditions, and project specifications
• Support project documentation by incorporating revisions, comments, and change requests
• Maintain drawing logs, version control, and organized digital filing
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to verify drawing accuracy and completeness

III. QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field (Regular)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Vocational, or any related field (PBE)

B. Minimum Experience/Training

• At least (3) years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD operation, including preparation, editing, and revision of technical drawings.
• Proficient in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and revisions in accordance with project requirements.

C. Competency

• Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drafting (3D knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and specifications
• High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting outputs
• Ability to interpret engineering designs and instructions
• Knowledge of industry standards and drafting conventions
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and coordination with engineers and project teams
• Ability to revise and update drawings based on feedback
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS
