Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned work within the defined scope, deadlines, and budget, while proactively identifying and communicating any potential deviations.

• Contribute to, manage, and monitor individual financial metrics to support the audit team's chargeability and profitability targets.

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and team members.

• Identify and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, business processes, tools, and resources.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

• Conduct SMSF financial statement audits.

• Review trustee compliance with the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act (SIS Act) requirements.

• Research and analyze complex superannuation-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or other accounting-related degrees

• Have good written and verbal English skills

• Systematic, organized, and keen to learn/research

• Self-sufficient and tech-savvy

• Has leadership skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in IT and accounting-related software is highly regarded.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
