The Documentation Assistant prepares, processes, and manages real estate legal documents, including Contracts to Sell, Construction Contracts, and Deeds of Absolute Sale. The role ensures accurate filing, notarization, and safekeeping of documents, coordinates title and lot plan requests, assists clients with contract signing, maintains organized records, and provides administrative support while ensuring timely and accurate document processing.

What we're looking for:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Finance / Operations Management / Office Management / Banking or equivalent
  • Required skills: Microsoft Suite
  • No work experience required
  • Full-Time position available
  • Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite or Tanza, Cavite.
