Full job description

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate; Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course is an advantage.
  • With experience as a Cook Helper or Kitchen Staff in a restaurant or food service setting.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking methods, food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to restaurant standards and menu specifications.
  • Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils.
  • Follow portion control and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies and ingredients.
  • Support other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service, especially during peak hours.
  • Report low stock levels and assist in inventory control.
  • Follow instructions from the Head Cook regarding menu preparation and specials.
  • Ensure proper use and care of kitchen tools and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php28,000.00 per month
