Full job description

We are seeking a reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will prepare food items according to established recipes, maintain a clean and stocked cook station, and work closely with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Prep ingredients (chopping, portioning, seasoning) and cook menu items accurately following standard recipes and plating guidelines.
  • Station Setup & Maintenance: Set up, organize, and restock line stations before, during, and after service. Ensure all necessary ingredients and tools are within reach.
  • Quality & Speed Control: Coordinate ticket times to ensure orders are completed efficiently without compromising presentation or food quality.
  • Food Safety & Sanitation: Adhere strictly to local health code standards, safety rules, and sanitation procedures. Maintain clean work surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Inventory & Storage: Label, date, and properly store food items using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices. Monitor food temperatures and report stock shortages to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service. Assist with station breakdown, deep cleaning, and trash disposal at the end of shifts.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
