GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Social Media Ads & Performance Virtual Assistant to support one of our US-based clients in the tele-healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid social campaigns, lead creative testing to maximize performance, deliver actionable reporting, and help shape the roadmap as media buying transitions in-house.

Compensation & Perks

Salary Range: ₱85,000 - ₱105,000 (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)

Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

Bonuses:

• $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus
• Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)
• $300 referral bonus per successful hire

What You’ll Do

• Build and launch paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat
• Test and expand into emerging platforms such as Pinterest or Reddit as needed
• Independently optimize campaigns based on performance data (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA)
• Develop and execute creative testing plans, recommending new copy/asset variations and angles
• Collaborate with creative teams to scope briefs and generate campaign-ready assets
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on campaign performance
• Stay up to date with platform updates and proactively recommend best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of paid social buying experience, including Meta and TikTok
• Proven ability to independently set up, manage, and scale campaigns to achieve business goals
• Strong grasp of key paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA)
• Experience managing and optimizing multi-platform ad budgets
• Excellent communication skills, with prior experience working with US-based clients
• Ability to work US Eastern Time zone

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit Ads
• SQL/Looker/Hex experience for custom dashboards and queries
• Background in DTC e-commerce campaigns
