Job description:
We’re Hiring: US Medical Scribes - Remote (Licensed Healthcare Professionals Only)
Compensation: $4.50 USD per hour OR 40,000 PHP/month (conversion may vary)

Qualifications (Strict Requirement)
- Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license
- Also accepted: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Registered Medical Technologist (RMT), Pharmacist (RPH), or Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
- Applications from other professions will not be considered
- Must be willing to undergo a 3-week paid training program
- Must have a complete technical setup
Experience Requirements
- At least six (6) months to 1 year relevant experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or teaching medical-related subjects
- MDs: Internship experience is acceptable
- BPO/customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Previous experience as a Medical VA or General VA is an advantage
Skills Needed
- Strong English communication skills with a professional phone demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
Technical Requirements
- Dual-monitor setup (laptop/PC + backup device)
- Windows 11, 8GB RAM, i5 processor minimum
- For Mac: Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) or Intel-based Mac equivalent
- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with a backup option (pocket Wi-Fi or prepaid acceptable)
- Back up power source (UPS, generator, power station, etc.)
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift, PH Time)
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
