Full job description

The Patient Admission Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the hospital’s patient admission and registration unit, ensuring accurate patient registration, timely admissions, proper documentation, and excellent customer service. The role supervises admission staff and coordinates with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably related to hospital management.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • With at least two (2) years staff experience in the healthcare industry or the hospital setting.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Internal and external customer experience oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent computer skills with professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel & Powerpoint
  • Keen attention to details and ability to multitask under pressure with speed and accuracy
  • Adaptable to change and with composed problem-solving skills
  • High level people management and motivation skills
  • Knowledgeable on Medical terminologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
