Available Specialized Units

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

  • Emergency Room (ER) Nurse
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse
  • Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Nurse
  • Hemodialysis Nurse

Primary Responsibilities & Job Duties

  • Direct & Individualized Patient Care: Plan, implement, and continuously evaluate comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to the specific demographics and clinical needs of your assigned unit.
  • Assessment & Monitoring: Rigorously measure, record, and interpret vital signs and specialized clinical indicators. Rapidly recognize early signs of physiological distress, initiate immediate remedial or life-saving protocols, and precisely document observations in patient charts.
  • Procedural & Diagnostic Assistance: Manage unit admissions and discharges. Prepare patients for, and assist physicians with, complex clinical examinations, diagnostic tests, and advanced therapeutic procedures.
  • Safe Medication Administration: Accurately calculate, titrate, administer, and chart prescribed medications and advanced targeted therapies; closely monitor and document patient responses and potential adverse reactions.
  • Infection Control & Unit Safety: Enforce absolute cleanliness and orderliness of your unit. Strictly observe medical sepsis, hand hygiene, and facility infection control guidelines while ensuring specialized medical equipment receives proper care and maintenance.
  • Family-Centered Communication: Act as a vital liaison between patients, family members, and the hospital's multidisciplinary team. Interpret clinical progress and provide compassionate health education regarding therapy, rehabilitation, or newborn/child care.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all hospital personnel. Step in as Head/Charge Nurse when delegated, and actively participate in teaching, directing, and mentoring new nursing staff or students.
  • Operational Adherence: Carry out all lawful medical orders, interpret hospital policies and procedures, and fulfill additional operational tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
  • Licensure: Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
  • Experience: Prior nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting or corresponding specialized unit is a major advantage.
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking under high-pressure conditions, excellent clinical calculation skills, sharp attention to detail, and a warm, empathetic communication style.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
