Access Healthcare is looking for Registered Nurses (PHRN) to join our growing team!

If you have hospital experience and want to build your career in the healthcare BPO industry, this is a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Review patient medical records and clinical documents.
  • Handle medical denials and prepare appeal letters.
  • Process clinical reviews and surgery authorization requests when needed.
  • Ensure accurate billing and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve denied claims.
  • Monitor denial trends and help improve the appeals process.

Qualifications

  • Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
  • Hospital bedside experience in OR, ER, ICU, PACU, General Ward, or Post-Operative Care.
  • Experience in a healthcare BPO (Insurance, Denials & Appeals, Utilization Review, Prior Authorization, Medical Coding, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work onsite at DoubleDragon Plaza, Pasay City.
  • Can start ASAP.
