What You'll Do

• Review patient medical records and clinical documents.
• Handle medical denials and prepare appeal letters.
• Process clinical reviews and surgery authorization requests when needed.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve denied claims.
• Monitor denial trends and help improve the appeals process.

Qualifications

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• Hospital bedside experience in OR, ER, ICU, PACU, General Ward, or Post-Operative Care.
• Experience in a healthcare BPO (Insurance, Denials & Appeals, Utilization Review, Prior Authorization, Medical Coding, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite at DoubleDragon Plaza, Pasay City.
• Can start ASAP.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month

Experience:
