Full job description

Main Function

The Patient Registration Associate is responsible for facilitating a seamless, accurate, and patient-centered registration experience for patients and their families throughout the outpatient registration process. The role ensures the timely and accurate completion of patient registration, visit creation, demographic verification, charging/billing/payment validation, and transaction processing in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. He/she provides professional, courteous, and compassionate assistance to patients, addresses registration-related inquiries, and coordinates with relevant departments to support efficient patient flow and service delivery. The role contributes significantly to hospital’s commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience

Education

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course

Experience

  • Preferably with at least six (6) months experience in a hospital setting, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
  • Preferably with Customer Service / Front desk experience

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in the use of computer equipped with hospital systems, different applications and patient scheduling
  • Knowledgeable of insurance and healthcare terminology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
