General Function

Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for advertising and signage fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications.
  • Calculate material, labor, equipment, and installation costs.
  • Prepare quotations, estimates, and cost proposals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and material availability.
  • Monitor actual project costs against estimated costs.
  • Maintain costing databases and pricing records.
  • Provide cost analysis and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder in any Engineering field
  • At least 1 year experience in preparation of Bill of Materials and other documents in relation to costing of projects
  • Highly proficient with MS. Office program
