Artist Handler

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Artist Handler to provide day-to-day support for artists and ensure smooth coordination between the artist, management, clients, partners, and event organizers. The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, and capable of managing schedules, logistics, and communications while maintaining a positive artist experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for artists before, during, and after events, projects, and appearances.
  • Coordinate schedules, bookings, meetings, rehearsals, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage artist itineraries and ensure all commitments are communicated and executed smoothly.
  • Accompany artists during events, shoots, performances, media appearances, and other engagements as needed.
  • Liaise with event organizers, production teams, partners, and internal departments to ensure all artist requirements are met.
  • Handle artist requests and provide timely support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Monitor event timelines and assist in resolving logistical or operational issues.
  • Ensure contracts, rider requirements, and event details are properly communicated and followed.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling artist-related information.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to management regarding artist activities and engagements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent management, artist relations, event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with artists, influencers, performers, or public personalities.
  • Background in events, entertainment, media, or hospitality industries.
  • Knowledge of artist management, production workflows, and event operations.
