We are looking for a reliable, organized, and adaptable Artist Assistant in Manila to help support a new documentary-style show.

The docuseries follows an artist returning to the spotlight with a mission to bring people together and create positive global change through culture, travel, and real human connection.

This role involves working closely with the artist and creative team during performances, filming, travel, rehearsals, nightlife environments, meetings, and day-to-day project coordination.

WHAT WE NEED:

• Help manage schedules and daily coordination
• Help organize meetings, venue and team communication
• Recruit team members in upcoming film cities
• Assist with travel planning and logistics
• Help contact venues, collaborators, and local connections
• Help coordinate creative team members and projects
• Have creative ideas for the documentary
• Assist during filming and live events
• Help with local marketing and outreach
• Support general day-to-day tasks as needed
• Travel to filming locations within the Philippines
• Be comfortable appearing occasionally in the documentary series environment

YOU SHOULD:

• Be organized and dependable
• Have strong communication skills
• Be adaptable in fast-moving environments
• Be comfortable around nightlife, events, travel, and creative environments
• Be proactive and able to solve problems independently
• Be comfortable working closely with an artist and creative team

BONUS EXPERIENCE:

• Film, documentary or vlogging experience
• Events or nightlife experience
• Social media or marketing experience
• Entertainment, music, or production environments
• Travel coordination
• Team coordination or scheduling
• Experience working with creatives or public-facing projects

We are looking for someone with strong potential, good energy, and a willingness to grow with the project over time.

This will begin project-by-project to make sure the fit is strong for both sides.
