Full job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that support our branding, marketing campaigns, digital presence, and events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality creative materials that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.

  • Develop and design marketing materials/collaterals including social media posts, banners, brochures, infographics, email newsletters, and event collaterals.
  • Create original designs, including logos, illustrations, and images.
  • Design layouts for various media, such as websites, brochures, magazines, advertisements, packaging, and social media.
  • Select and incorporate appropriate colors, typography, photography, icons, and other visual elements.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to clients or team members.
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Ensure final designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and effective in communicating the intended message.
  • Understand design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Prepare files for print or digital publication and ensure they meet technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with design software, trends, and technologies.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Prepare other tasks related to the role.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design or a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating designs for both digital and print media.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for producing high-quality visual content.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
