We’re looking for a Art Designer (Graphics & Visuals) to help bring the Juan brand, products, and campaigns to life through compelling and engaging visual content.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Product, and other teams to turn ideas, messages, and sometimes complex accounting concepts into clear, creative, and easy-to-understand visuals across different digital channels.

Marketing & Campaign Visuals

Create high-quality graphics for social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, websites, and other marketing channels.
Develop creative concepts and key visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
Design digital marketing assets such as banners, advertisements, infographics, one-pagers, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Adapt creative assets into different formats and sizes while maintaining consistency and quality.

Product & Visual Communication

Turn complex accounting, tax, and SaaS concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing content.
Create visuals that explain Juan’s features, benefits, workflows, and product updates.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop graphics for product education and customer communications.

Brand & Creative Design

Maintain consistency with Juan's brand identity across all visual materials.
Help develop and improve design templates, visual assets, and creative guidelines.
Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts during campaign planning and brainstorming.
Continuously explore new design trends and creative approaches relevant to SaaS and digital marketing.

Content & Digital Design

Create visual content for social media and other digital platforms.
Support the creation of basic motion graphics, animations, GIFs, and short-form video content when needed.
Design presentations, sales materials, case studies, and internal/external communications.
Work with existing templates and design systems while knowing when to create something from scratch.

Collaboration & Project Delivery

Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams to understand creative requirements.
Translate creative briefs and business objectives into polished visual outputs.
Manage multiple design projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Receive feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Marketing Design, Brand Design, or a related role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, digital, and marketing design work.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of:
Typography
Layout and composition
Color
Visual hierarchy
Branding
Ability to translate ideas, messages, and concepts into clear and engaging visuals.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

Experience working in SaaS, technology, fintech, B2B, or digital products.
Experience creating visuals for accounting, finance, or business software.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Illustration or digital art skills.
Experience designing landing pages or web marketing assets.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and design tools.
Experience working with brand guidelines or developing visual systems.
