Job Responsibilities: · In-charge of the over-all monitoring of all company-owned stores, store personnel, inventory, and sales in his assigned area.· Ensures compliance of all company-owned stores/outlets with company rules and regulations, as well as health and safety requirements and identify non-conformances to store standards.
· Monitor in-store inventory and assures accuracy, completeness, and correctness.
· Frequently conducts audits to assure correct declaration of sales ang inventory level.
· Monitor the physical condition and cleanliness of all company-owned stores.
· Ensures that all store personnel comply with grooming and hygiene standards, including the basic uniform requirement.
· Responsible for the generation of required reports.
· Coordinates, monitors, and documents reports for submission to the Commissary Office and/or Main Office.
· Reinforces the adherence of both existing and new policies and procedures with regards to store operations.
· Conducts corrective communication among erring store personnel and prepares misconduct/violation reports and endorses them to the HR Department.
· Lead team members to achieve sales targets.
Pay: Php20,237.62 - Php25,000.00 per month
