Job Title: Restaurant Area Manager

Job Summary

The Restaurant Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant branches within an assigned area. This role ensures consistent service quality, operational efficiency, sales growth, and compliance with company standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Supervise daily operations of assigned restaurant branches
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly

2. Sales & Profitability

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Analyze P&L statements, cost controls, and labor efficiency
• Drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage budgets and control expenses across all stores

3. People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and staff
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling
• Handle employee relations issues in coordination with HR

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
• Monitor feedback and implement improvements
• Maintain brand image and service quality across all branches

5. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Enforce company policies and government labor laws
• Maintain audit readiness at all times

6. Business Development

• Support new store openings and expansions
• Identify opportunities for market growth within the area
• Collaborate with marketing on local promotions and campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years experience as a multi-unit manager in the F&B or restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
• Willing to travel frequently within assigned area

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php43,000.00 per month
