JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Provides assistance, in preparation, developing, drafting, and coordination of complete architectural drawing sets required for securing Building Permits in the Philippines.
b. Compliance with safety and local planning regulations/standards.
c. Production of shop drawings, details and supporting documents for compliance to building official and agencies and for construction team send out.
d. Responsible for organizing meetings, documentation of drawing documents, and preparing of FCD drawings.
e. Participate in brainstorming; bring forward innovative but pragmatic ideas, methods and technology uses.
f. Other tasks that may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
a. BS in Architecture graduate (open to fresh graduates)
b. Strong eye to details
c. Excellent in verbal and written communication
d. Proficient in AUTOCAD and Excel
