Full job description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Professional Licensed as an Architect is a plus.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan review for Architectural trade and TOR/Methodology Library consolidation, updating and preparations assistance of on-line shared folder.
- Attendance to technical meetings and on-site monitoring inspections for in-house projects being implemented including Building Audit.
- Regularly report and update Management through the Technical.
- Coordinates and assists the subcontractors for the proper executive of work assignment.
- With great deal of customer service, decision-maker, good in critical thinking and can work in minimum supervision.
- Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed.
- Prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects.
- Prepare and submits necessary document and reports required by the management.
