Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Site Architect to support the architectural and site implementation of construction projects. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating architectural drawings, monitoring site progress, ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

This role is ideal for a motivated architectural professional who wants to gain hands-on experience in site supervision, construction coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and document site conditions, progress, and concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders regarding architectural and site-related matters.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material samples, and other technical documents.
• Assist in identifying and resolving site issues, discrepancies, and design-related concerns.
• Prepare and maintain site inspection reports, progress reports, punch lists, and other project documentation.
• Monitor the quality of architectural works and ensure that construction follows approved standards and specifications.
• Assist in reviewing work accomplishments and verifying completed works on site.
• Coordinate requests for information (RFIs), site instructions, and drawing revisions with the appropriate project team members.
• Assist in checking dimensions, levels, materials, finishes, and other architectural details during construction.
• Coordinate with the design team regarding necessary revisions or clarifications arising from site conditions.
• Help ensure that architectural works comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Attend site meetings and coordination meetings as required.
• Perform other architectural and site-related duties assigned by the Project Architect or Senior Architect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required; newly licensed architects or candidates with relevant site experience are encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in architectural/site work is preferred.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design/construction software is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of construction documentation and project coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify construction issues.
• Willingness to conduct regular site inspections and work in a construction-site environment.
• Organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, engineers, and other members of the project team.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
