Key Responsibilities

  • Design Assistance: Support senior architects in developing architectural designs, concepts, and technical solutions for various projects.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents using CAD software and BIM tools.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Site Visits and Analysis: Conduct site visits to gather data, assess conditions, and monitor project progress and compliance with design specifications.
  • Code Compliance: Research and ensure that designs adhere to local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
  • Research and Innovation: Research materials, construction methods, and stay updated on emerging technologies and sustainable design practices.
  • Documentation and Administration: Manage and file project documents, prepare reports, and assist with project proposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
