Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional Appointment Setters to join our growing team. This role involves making outbound calls to homeowners, introducing the services offered by our clients, and scheduling appointments for inspections, consultations, and estimates.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people, can follow a script, handle objections professionally, and consistently achieve appointment-setting goals.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls using company-provided dialing software.
Speak with homeowners and determine potential interest in home improvement services.
Schedule qualified appointments for client sales representatives.
Follow approved call scripts and appointment-setting procedures.
Accurately document call outcomes and customer information in the CRM.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Attend training sessions and tea ---------- etings as required.

Requirements
Fluent English speaking and communication skills.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Reliable internet connection.
Computer or laptop capable of running web-based applications.
USB headset with microphone.
Ability to work in a quiet environment.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Previous cold calling experience.
