Full job description

We're looking for a Guest Services Agents with hotel reservations experience to support a portfolio of luxury and branded U.S. hotels. If you've worked with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Accor, Wyndham, Choice Hotels, Best Western, Shangri-La, or an independent luxury hotel, this could be your next exciting career move.

Your Role in the Guest Experience:

  • Managing hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and guest inquiries via phone and email
  • Providing personalized service while maintaining Forbes-level hospitality standards
  • Assisting guests with room availability, rates, hotel amenities, and special requests
  • Navigating multiple hotel properties, systems, and applications simultaneously
  • Processing payments, authorizations, and reservation documentation when required
  • Communicating with hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Maintaining accurate reservation records and guest profiles
  • Delivering timely, professional, and empathetic customer service on every interaction
  • Meeting quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for hospitality professionals who genuinely enjoy helping people and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced remote environment.

You'll stand out if you have:

  • At least 1 year of hotel reservations or hotel guest services experience
  • Experience supporting luxury hotels, upscale hospitality brands, or Forbes-rated hotels is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple reservations, properties, systems, and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating with a remote team

OTA Experience

Experience working with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), including:

  • Expedia
  • Booking.com
  • Airbnb
  • HotelTonight
  • Other major OTA platforms

Hotel Systems Experience

Experience with one or more of the following systems is highly preferred:
