Animal Production jobs

• Provide daily care and feeding of pigs according to nutritional programs.
• Monitor the health and welfare of pigs and report signs of illness or injury.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by a veterinarian or farm manager.
• Assist with breeding activities, including heat detection, artificial insemination, and pregnancy monitoring.
• Supervise farrowing operations and provide care for sows and newborn piglets.
• Perform piglet processing procedures, including identification, weighing, and other routine husbandry tasks in accordance with farm protocols and animal welfare standards.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain pig housing, feeding equipment, and farm facilities.
• Ensure strict compliance with farm biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, ventilation, and humidity within pig housing.
• Record animal health, breeding, production, feed consumption, and mortality data accurately.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely.
• Load and unload pigs for transport when required.
• Assist with inventory management for feed, medications, and farm supplies.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Farm Manager.

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php250,846.01 per month
