WE ARE HIRING: ON CALL WAITER/WAITRESS
ABC Hotel is looking for a dynamic, service-oriented, and passionate individual to join our team! If you have a heart for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.
- Position: Waiter/Waitress
- Location: ABC Hotel, Angeles City
- Department: Food & Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at all times
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in setting up tables, ensuring proper tableware and presentation
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Follow hotel standards, safety, and hygiene procedures
Qualifications:
- With at least 1-3 years of experience in F&B service (hotel experience is an advantage)
- Energetic, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
