The Opportunity

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join a growing Sales Operations team supporting a U.S.-based provider of office technology and managed print solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information, checking accuracy, and turning Excel data into clear business reports. You’ll work closely with Sales while also handling customer-related requests, documentation, and operational tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Maintaining and validating sales and customer data to ensure accuracy
• Using Microsoft Excel to analyze, organize, and reconcile information
• Building reports using VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and linked data
• Preparing sales information and visuals for PowerPoint presentations
• Reviewing and completing sales orders, quotes, and other documentation
• Coordinating with customers when information or security assessments are required
• Managing and resolving assigned Zendesk requests within the expected turnaround time
• Helping prepare materials for quarterly business reviews
• Providing general operational support to the Sales team as needed

What We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Experience working with data, reports, records, or sales information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or a similar environment
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines independently
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• A proactive approach to solving problems and completing tasks

Excel proficiency is an important part of this role, so candidates should be comfortable working with formulas, comparing datasets, creating Pivot Tables, and presenting data in reports or presentations.
