Job Description

Overall responsibility of keeping updated records, reporting and data analysis.

Assist Trade Support team and DTW HQ & Regional Offices, by managing the following areas:

• Support in building and designing company airline reporting.
• Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, historical results, making projection and other helpful information.
• Communicate with Company global network.
• Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously through to completion.
• Preparation of sales proposals / agreements.
• Produce sales related literature for circulation to corporates / TMCs and trade shows / exhibitions .
• Maintains trade databases.
• Creates and distributes all sales related trade communications (e.g. new route/schedule announcements, updated on policies and procedures)
• Update DTW marketing team with any changes required on online trade site.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as may be assigned.

Job Specific Capabilities and Experience:

Maintain the agent database

• Agent mapping / contact list
• Product list by agent
• Qualifying guidelines corporate deals
• Proposal guidelines/approval
• Freshdesk
• Salesforce

Maintain the agent distribution database

• Agent contacts list / Pseudo city code management (PCC) by GDS
• Product list by agent linked to fare filing
• Provide product updates to the trade and internal departments
• Tactical activities
• Trade marketing comms (flyers)
• Trade brand guidelines

• To migrate all manual CRM practises to Salesforce.com
• To support in approving all new IATA numbers and / or PCC requests from sales
• Downloading of flown reports monthly
• Calculation of ORC payout for Sales representatives.
• Raise, update and log product updates.

Job Qualifications:

• Exceptionally good communication skills written that can clearly and concisely convey the business’s messages and to depict the business in the highest standard possible.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and excellence in project management.
• Confident IT user, including a high level of proficiency of the following packages: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ideally, complements core sales background with a comprehensive understanding in other related commercial functions.
• Excellent in using PowerBi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
