Job Summary:
The Purchasing Assistant supports procurement and supply chain operations by assisting in sourcing, purchasing, and monitoring materials and supplies essential to food manufacturing. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely processing of purchase requests, and effective coordination with suppliers while adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• College graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of basic procurement procedures and supply chain management or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience in data entry and familiarity with ERP systems

Skills and Competencies:

• Trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Flexible and adaptable to operational needs
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing purchase requests and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and concerns
• Support inventory monitoring and procurement reporting
