About the Role
We are building a pool of reliable on-call helpers to support our marketing events (product launches, roadshows, activations, booth and mall events, etc.). You will be contacted only when an event needs extra hands, so this is a flexible, as-needed arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle booths, displays, and event materials
- Assist with registration, guest assistance, and crowd flow
- Distribute flyers, samples, and promotional items
- Support the events team with errands and on-site tasks
- Follow the event supervisor’s instructions and keep the venue tidy
Requirements
- 18 years old and above
- Friendly, presentable, and willing to follow instructions
- Punctual and dependable, with the ability to work on short notice
- Able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
- Available on weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Prior event, promo, or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
Work Arrangement
- On-call, per-event basis (no guaranteed hours)
