Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate with at least 1 year experience or a fresh graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, HRM/HRS or any related course in Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
  • Energetic, approachable, and able to maintain a positive dining atmosphere
  • Ensures cleanliness and order in the dining area at all times
  • Follows service standards and supports smooth table turnover
  • Works well in a team and communicates effectively with kitchen and cashier
  • Has strong work ethic and a passion for delivering great service
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Deployment:

  • Makimura Ramen Bar- Sta. Maria, Bulacan Branch (Newest Branch)

Training will starts this October and target opening of Store on November 2026.
