Equicom Services, Inc. is urgently looking for subject matter expert for onsite.
Qualifications:
- Medical Allied Graduate
- Open for Non-Medical Allied but must have exposure and knowledge on the creation of approval and application of coverage
- Must be at least 1 year relevant experience.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, Flexi Shifts and Holiday work
- Has high attention to detail and can work on minimal supervision
Basic Functions:
Responsible for answering customer questions and taking care of customer complaints, with the goal of
ensuring positive customer experience. To provide support for the company’s products and services, takes
order requests, answers questions, and resolves complaints.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Take calls during peak hours at least 4 hours in a day (straight 4 hours);
2. Handles first level escalations;
3. Provides support to the new hires (nesting period) of the Contact Center and Client Services team as may be required by the Supervisor or Senior Supervisor;
4. Covers tasks in the absence of the Supervisor;
5. Ensures transaction monitoring and KRA’s of the work group are met or even exceeded;
6. Contributes ideas to the Supervisor in conducting activities that monitor and enhance work performance of the Contact Center staff;
7. Reports to the Senior Supervisor periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, progress in mastering tasks and work processes;
8. Works with the Supervisor in ensuring that the team will achieve agreed service level, target average call handling time, target calls, transactions and call quality score;
9. Assist Supervisor in doing reports and other admin task required by Senior Supervisor and/or Operations Manager;
10. Will do minimal coaching, solve work problems, and participate in the work of the team;
11. Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
