JOB OVERVIEW
Surveillance Personnel observes, monitors and collect information & details during accomplishment of a given maintenance task after completing the Aircraft Surveillance Report. The Operations personnel are observed in performing task assigned to them, their behavior or approach, conditions of work place, usage of tooling and equipment, compliance with written procedures, health or hazard concerns, human factor issues, follow quality & safety protocols together with regulatory system. This is based on a BM Ecosystem that is shortened into different types of forms to include various task under SIAEP Base Maintenance Check Program.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of Bachelors or Associate degree of any aviation related course.

-With experience in aircraft maintenance is an advantage.

-Has a good written and oral communication skill

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Surveillance performed on all aircrafts undergoing maintenance checks in SIAEP Base Maintenance program.

- Monitor and observe routine and specialized maintenance process/checks to verify that they are in compliance with the relevant aircraft types.

-Conduct surveillance over the work being carried out by the Authorization Holders to ensure that the workmanship and inspections performed comply with the standards as stipulated in approved documents such as the AMM, CMM, SB's etc.

-Ensures work done on customer aircraft is within the approved reference manuals provided by the AOC and Aviation Authority

- Assist on investigation of incidents/accidents related to Base Maintenance Check Program of SIAEP.

- Perform random surveillance on RII/DI/ll and observe if procedures, standards and limits comply with Regulatory and Company Policies and Procedures.

- Performs other duties as maybe assigned by the Lead Surveillance Personnel, OM/MO or SMO.

- Surveillance Personnel is responsible for the aircraft surveillance report with findings notifies the related department about the issue observed via the company email.

- monitors the progress and feedback time of the department affected through the database of OPS Surveillance team via company email thread.

- Continuous communication with related department until the finding is resolved, if observation or finding is a long term project or needs cost, approval from the management, and other factors that affect the closure of the findings( equipment, tooling, fabrication etc.) it will remain open in the OPS Surveillance System database for record, identification & archiving to be used for reference and monitor for repeat findings until such time findings/ observation is rectified.

- After surveillance report findings is rectified, prints the copy of the report, attach the sticker, which indicates OPS Surveillance Team flies (Aircraft Surveillance Report), year the report was generate, and the number of the report for that year, for identification and archiving the updates the database of the OPS surveillance system and indicate CLOSED for status of the report.
