Full job description

Farm Operations Manager

The Agriculturist will lead planning, planting, and management of crop production (vegetables and fruits) at the Lucban, Quezon site. Responsibilities include crop planning and scheduling, soil and land preparation oversight, planting and harvest supervision, yield and quality management, farm labor supervision, and coordination with ownership/management on production targets and budget.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in crop planting/production, specifically vegetables and/or fruits
  • Demonstrated track record managing planting cycles from land preparation through harvest
  • Willing to relocate to Lucban, Quezon
  • Should have a masters degree in business/ any related agricultural field

Benefits:

Pay: Php101,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
