Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Agriculture-focused individual to join our Research & Product Development team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about agricultural research, sustainable farming, crop production, soil health, and organic fertilizer development.

The successful candidate will be involved in pioneering projects focused on transforming papermill waste and other organic materials into high-value organic fertilizer products. The role requires hands-on agricultural experimentation, field trials, crop research, fertilizer testing, and data analysis to support product development and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and conduct agricultural research and field experiments.
  • Plan and implement crop planting, fertilizer application, and field trials.
  • Monitor crop growth, yield, and overall plant performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of organic fertilizer products on crop productivity and soil health.
  • Conduct soil and crop observations and collect relevant field data.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret agricultural research data.
  • Conduct product feasibility, cost-benefit, and basic economic analyses.
  • Prepare technical reports, research findings, and recommendations for product improvement.
  • Assist in the development and testing of organic fertilizer and sustainable agricultural products.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and research teams.
  • Support field validation and commercialization of sustainable agricultural solutions.

Qualifications – Preferred Degree Programs

  • BS Agriculture – Major in Crop Science
  • BS Agriculture – Major in Soil Science
  • BS Agriculture or related Agriculture degree

Additional Requirements

  • Licensed Agriculturist is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and newly licensed professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of crop production, soil science, plant growth, fertilizer application, and agricultural research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable performing fieldwork and working in outdoor agricultural environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to conduct hands-on agricultural experiments and field trials.

  • Agricultural research and field trials.
  • Crop production and crop management.
  • Soil analysis and soil fertility management.
  • Organic fertilizer testing and application.
  • Composting and utilization of organic materials.
  • Agricultural feasibility studies and data analysis.
  • Sustainable agriculture and organic farming initiatives.
