Full job description

  • with motorcycle and a drivers license is a must
  • Ø Monitoring and reporting on the performance and efficiency of agricultural operations
  • Ø Provide technical advice and support to farmers and agricultural business on the use of equipment, products and farming techniques.
  • Ø Conduct site visits, monitor daily farm activities, and assess crop/livestock health to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
  • Ø Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation regarding farm activities, production, and service reports.
  • Ø Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions to train farmers on new technologies, safety practices, and product usage.
  • Ø Collaborating with the sales and customers service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ø Provide on-field advice to farmers on modern farming techniques, product usage fertilizer/pesticide application, pest control, soil management and safety standards
  • Ø Delivering training and demonstration to farmers and their staffs on the safe and effectively used of Eupagrow (organic Fertilize)
  • Ø Monitoring and reporting on the performance and efficiency of agricultural operations
  • Ø Assisting with the Area regional sales manager to identify farmers needs
  • Ø Working with NGOs (non-government Organization) to promote sustainable agriculture and provide assistance to farming communities.
