Full job description

- Ø Monitoring and reporting on the performance and efficiency of agricultural operations
- Ø Provide technical advice and support to farmers and agricultural business on the use of equipment, products and farming techniques.
- Ø Conduct site visits, monitor daily farm activities, and assess crop/livestock health to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Ø Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation regarding farm activities, production, and service reports.
- Ø Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions to train farmers on new technologies, safety practices, and product usage.
- Ø Collaborating with the sales and customers service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ø Provide on-field advice to farmers on modern farming techniques, product usage fertilizer/pesticide application, pest control, soil management and safety standards
- Ø Delivering training and demonstration to farmers and their staffs on the safe and effectively used of Eupagrow (organic Fertilize)
- Ø Monitoring and reporting on the performance and efficiency of agricultural operations
- Ø Assisting with the Area regional sales manager to identify farmers needs
- Ø Working with NGOs (non-government Organization) to promote sustainable agriculture and provide assistance to farming communities.
