Sapient Global Services is actively hiring Call Center Agents for Hotel Reservation Accounts across Metro Manila. If you are searching for hotel reservation hiring, hospitality customer service jobs, call center agent hiring, or an entry-level BPO opportunity with no experience, this is your chance to start a stable career in the hospitality and travel support industry.

Job Overview
As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative for a Hotel Reservation Account, you will assist guests with hotel bookings, reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general accommodation inquiries. You will ensure guests receive a smooth and hassle-free booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist guests with hotel bookings and reservations
- Process cancellations, rebookings, and modifications
- Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, and policies
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Record customer interactions in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Meet quality and performance targets
Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Training & Schedule
Paid training from Day 1 with full onboarding support. Shifting schedules depending on account assignment in a fast-paced but guided environment.
