Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support Staff to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to handle the preparation, processing, and renewal of various government permits and regulatory compliance documents. Additionally, you will provide vital administrative support to our current admin team to ensure smooth, day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Permit & Regulatory Management: Focus on the timely preparation, application, submission, and tracking of government permits, licenses, and clearances.
  • Government Liaison: Liaison directly with various local and national government agencies to process documents and follow up on pending applications.
  • Compliance Tracking: Monitor expiration dates of company permits and licenses, ensuring timely renewals to avoid penalties or business disruptions.
  • Document Control: Maintain an organized, secure, and up-to-date filing system (both physical and digital) for all corporate legal documents and permits.
  • Team Support: Assist the current administrative staff with daily office tasks, including data encoding, clerical duties, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience handling government permitting, regulatory compliance, or liaison work.

Skills

  • Strong familiarity with local government units (LGU) and national agency processes
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with external agencies.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
