Job Summary:
The Administrative Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing office tasks, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and supporting management and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Support HR activities such as maintaining employee records and onboarding documentation.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and arrange maintenance when needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
