  • Recruitment Support: Post job openings on job boards, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage HRIS
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate orientation sessions, collect new hire paperwork, and process exit documentation for departing staff.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date physical and digital employee files within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Payroll & Benefits: Track employee attendance, leaves, and time-off, and compile necessary data for payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a reliable source of information for staff, answering policy-related questions and helping resolve minor workplace concerns.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
