Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our recruitment and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist with interview scheduling, data entry, report organization, and other HR-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HR systems.
- Perform accurate data entry and ensure information is current and organized.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment tracking and hiring process administration.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings as needed.
- File, scan, and maintain confidential employee and candidate records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, HR, or office support experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
